Two 22" squares of cotton fabric (can be same fabric or two different) One 22" square of Insulbrite One 5"x22" strip of cotton fabric (WOF is fine, not bias or it will stretch too much) One 5"x20" strip of shapeflex (pellon SF101) Two 7" lengths of wide ribbon , 2" ribbon Sewing Machine
